Shipping and Order Policies
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and debit cards for instant payment and order processing.
We also accept checks cashiers' checks, money orders, and postal money orders.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Orders paid by check will be held until payment has cleared (usually up to 3 days).
We do not store your banking or credit card details. Credit card information is passed directly to the payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
We require for new customers that shipping addresses match billing addresses for credit cards. If there is a reason for the discrepancy, please send us an email after your order explaining the reason. We may still require further verification via telephone, so please make sure your phone number matches that of the credit card. Additionally, we do not ship to "General Delivery" addresses unless we have established a previous business relationship with you.
Orders are shipped via USPS "First Class," "Priority Mail" or "Priority Express" Mail, as well as Fedex Home Delivery (or Fedex Ground for business addresses), with the option for Fedex Hold-For-Pickup. USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service, but most orders should be received within 2 or 3 days. USPS Express Mail is said to be a 1-2 day guaranteed service, although delays may occur on the courier's end (USPS sometimes contracts with couriers for the last leg of the delivery). Therefore, we ultimately cannot guarantee it, but usually, there is no problem. For all services, USPS and Fedex do provide tracking numbers, which will be emailed using the email address provided.

We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central time M-F are guaranteed to ship the same day, 12 PM Noon on Saturday. We will still attempt to ship orders placed after 2:00 the same day. If your order is in by 2 PM Central time (M-F) it will probably still go out the same day.
USPS Express delays occur outside of our control, and it is not economically feasible for us to apply for refunds when they fail to meet their guarantees, so we have implemented a compromise. Our official policy on delayed USPS Express packages (brought to our attention) that are not delivered by the end of the guaranteed day is to issue a $14 coupon to be used on your next order.
***Currently we ship only to locations within the United States and its territories - except for the states of Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin and Alabama. We will ship to Canada and other countries on a case by case basis -- please contact for more information.******Please note, we have a $50 limit on new international orders. Any orders exceeding this amount would need to be paid by money order in U.S. dollars. Money orders must be payable to a U.S. bank and must have a 9 digit routing number. We must receive this in advance before shipping.

Usually, we are responsive to emails between 9:30 AM thru 2:30 PM. If you write in after 2:30 PM we will get back you as soon as possible the next business day.
